- Refund Timeline: We offer refunds for customers whose stores don't generate sales within the first 90 days of purchase.
- Account Maintenance: Proof of an active Shopify account for three months post-purchase is required.
- Promotional Efforts: Evidence of store promotion, through advertising or other traffic-generating activities, is necessary.
- Store Eligibility: Refunds apply only to new, standard store purchases, with a maximum refundable amount of $29, excluding any additional services.
- Custom Store Policy: We do not offer refunds for custom-designed stores.
