  • Refund Timeline: We offer refunds for customers whose stores don't generate sales within the first 90 days of purchase.
  • Account Maintenance: Proof of an active Shopify account for three months post-purchase is required.
  • Promotional Efforts: Evidence of store promotion, through advertising or other traffic-generating activities, is necessary.
  • Store Eligibility: Refunds apply only to new, standard store purchases, with a maximum refundable amount of $29, excluding any additional services.
  • Custom Store Policy: We do not offer refunds for custom-designed stores.
  • Refund Process:
    • Evidence Requirement: Submit documentation showing no sales over three months and promotional activities.
    • Application Method: Refund requests must be emailed with all pertinent information and documentation.
    • Assessment: Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to our guidelines.
  • General Conditions: This policy is valid solely for initial purchases of standard stores, excluding other products or services, which have their own terms. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
